Global President and Managing Member

Ida van der Walt is the founder and the majority owner of the AIM Projects Group which includes AIM Projects (Pty) Ltd in South Africa and AIM Projects LLC in the United States. She is currently based in the United States in the role of Global President and Management Member of the group. Ida van der Walt, who is a highly educated, experienced businesswoman brings several important skills and experiences. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years of experience in various sectors. Managing, advising, and analyzing companies in various industries. This includes services such as financial management, implementation of financial systems, project cost control systems, cash flow management, budget development, forecast systems, payroll systems and preparation of operational manuals. She possesses excellent foresight, the ability to identify potential challenges well in advance and the ability to find innovative solutions to overcome the challenges.

Quintin van der Walt

Managing Director

Quintin van der Walt is the Managing Director and a shareholder of AIM Project (Pty) Ltd. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a passion for the value-creation possibilities of well-managed capital allocation. After completing his articles in the audit sector, he continued to develop his knowledge in capital allocation and financial analytics by joining AIM. In his current role as Managing Director of AIM’s South African branch, Quintin’s responsibility is to drive AIM’s mission of providing high-value financial consulting services to ensure management in charge of strategic decisions have complete, accurate and meaningful financial information available to make the appropriate short- and long-term decisions.
